The users
are leading manufacturers of power tools for DIY and craftsmen with worldwide production locations.
Initial situation
The leading German manufacturers of electrical appliances have, therefore, decided in favour of the plate printing system 7500 in connection with a multicoloured thermotransfer printing process.
Large range diversity, overstocking of labels, high incoming purchase invoices and long delivery periods are now things of the past.
The cost reductions for type plates and barcode labels are enormous for some customers thanks to the application of the ELTEX 7500 plate print system:
- As much as € 25,000 per annum for print block and printing plates
- Up to 20% for type plates and labels

ELTEX offers self-adhesive foil structures in the manufacturer’s own colours in a quality which has been quite compelling in practical applications for many years.
The coloured foils are available in any desired colour with the exact colour recipe formulation being protected so as guard against any product piracy. The colour tones are always consistent and thus ensure a perfect corporate design. The colours are absolutely resistant to UV rays.
