The user
The stable, family-owned company has been producing switching equipment at various locations for the control of motion processes in plant and equipment manufacture for more than 50 years.
Initial situation
Self-adhesive type labels from the ELTEX TOP PROTECT 2 in 1 range are convincing on account of their distinct quality advantage over all other imprinting systems. ELTEX TOP PROTECT is resistant to benzene, isopropanol, spirits and thinners.
Even the effects of sandpaper or a screwdriver represent no problem. The high-performance adhesive ensures long-lasting and secure adhesion to the light alloy die-cast housings, even at temperatures of 150°C for more than 60
hours or storage in cooling lubricants. Further, the type labels are UL-approved and CSA-approved for both indoor and outdoor applications.
ELTEX TOP PROTECT´s excellent resistant to abrasion can be evidenced in a convincing manner in a comparative test with other imprinting systems:
- 8 % higher than laser-engraving with laminate
- 14 % higher than laser-engraving without laminate
- 51 % higher than cold-fixing laser printing
- 69 % higher than thermal transfer printing without laminate
